There are three types of sites available in The Pantry

- Market Stall - Six custom-built market stall sites inside the foyer of the building
- Outdoor - Two outdoor sites at the entrance to the building

Alcohol Exhibitors

The Pantry - Indoor
Site fees include:
- Flooring is carpet tiles throughout.
- Power is one 10amp connection and one 4-way multi-board per site
- One Starter Exhibitor Listing
- Access to a built-in kitchenette and Exhibitor Lounge for exhibitors to clean equipment and take a break away from the crowds.
- Partitions are black, velcro-friendly, 2.3m-high, 32mm thick walls enabling you to display removable items
- Sites will be slightly under measurement due to the width of a the 32mm divider panel
- Lighting is general overhead lighting plus two spotlights per exhibitor
- Allocation of Exhibitor Tickets is based on site size

The Pantry - Market Stalls
Site fees include:
- Flooring is carpet tiles throughout.
- Power is one 10amp connection and one 4-way multi-board per site
- One Starter Exhibitor Listing
- Access to a built-in kitchenette and Exhibitor Lounge for exhibitors to clean equipment and take a break away from the crowds.
- One hand-made wooden market stall (exact sizes vary slightly, and will be confirmed at allocation)
- Lighting is general overhead lighting plus one spotlight per exhibitor
- Allocation of 12 x 1-day Exhibitor Tickets
The Pantry Market Exhibitors have access to book storage if required, and full access to the Exhibitor lounge and wash station. The Pantry exhibiting criteria applies, however no alcohol exhibitors will be permitted in this space.

Terms of Sale - Alcohol in The Pantry
Before you apply, please ensure you read and understand the conditions that apply to all Alcohol Exhibitors who accept a site within The Pantry.
(Off-licence rules for alcohol sales, and on-licence rules for alcohol samples)
The sale and consumption of alcohol at the Fieldays event is strictly managed by the Society, Waipa District Council, Waikato DHB Officer of Health and NZ Police to ensure compliance with the Special licence conditions. As the Mystery Creek site is licenced for the sale or consumption of alcohol, exhibitors are prohibited by law to bring alcohol onto the site during this event, unless pre-approved by the Society an Alcohol Exhibitor.
Alcohol Exhibition terms to be aware of:
- Sales and samples are to be available only between the hours of 8am to 5pm promptly (Wednesday-Friday) and 8am to 4pm (Saturday). Consumption of any alcohol is prohibited in the exhibition area after this time by either public or exhibitors themselves.
- There must be two licenced Duty Managers on site per Exhibiting Company, and both certificates must be displayed on their site at all times.
- Alcohol samples:
- must be no larger than 15mls (beer and wine) and 10mls for spirits.
- must be limited to the products sold for off-site consumption (applies to off-licence holders).
- are to be served in approved vessels only.
- must be consumed immediately in front of the Exhibitor's stand, and strictly managed by the licence holder.
- must be conducted in a safe and professional manner
- must be refused where the patron shows signs of intoxication
- All sales of alcohol should be placed in a non-transparent bag (Paper) and sealed before the customer can take their purchase.
Only once a site offer has been made and accepted, Fieldays will issue the exhibitor with an approval letter to include in their Waipa District Council application for a Special Liquor Off-Licence.
Allocated Alcohol Exhibitors must:
- Have their application submitted in full to Waipa District Council no later than 4 April 2025.
- Read, sign and submit the Fieldays Alcohol Management Information form no later than 4 April 2025.
- Provide Fieldays with a copy of the issued licence prior to the commencement of the event on 11 June 2025.
