Wellbeing information
Preparing your team for a successful event
A focus on health and wellness leads to a more enjoyable event for everyone involved.
Ensuring proper breaks, hydration, and overall wellness helps Exhibitors and their staff maintain their best performance throughout the event.
Planning ahead
Review your own staff wellbeing event plan
We recommend exhibiting customers take time to prepare staff for attending the event. Some useful points to consider are outlined below;
- Outline safe travel times and routes from accommodation
- Download the Fieldays App for site location, event information and pin my car
- Consider planning a daily staff brief and plan for the day ahead
- Prepare staff exhibiting rosters and breaks
- Outline appropriate winter uniforms and footwear
- Encourage your staff to visit the Fieldays Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub
