Customer/Guest ticketing
Pay-if-Used tickets (PIU)
Pay-if-Used (PIU) tickets are a great way for you to invite your customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders to the Fieldays event as your guest. The benefit of this solution is that you will only be charged if the ticket is used at the event, so no need to worry if your guest is unable to attend. With the ability to personalise their ticket with your company logo, PIU allows you to get your guests coming to Fieldays with your site in mind.
Exhibitors that wish to bulk-purchase 1-day General Admission tickets to give to their customers/guests may choose to use Fieldays ‘Pay-if-Used’ Ticketing. Exhibitors will only be charged for the tickets that are redeemed at the event. (Please note, these are General Admission tickets and are therefore not recommended for exhibiting staff use as it will not provide them access to the site before and after the event each day).
Minimum order - The minimum order is 25, and you will be charged for a minimum of 25 tickets ($750) regardless if less are used at the event.
Once you gain access to your Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal, you can add, manage and distribute your Pay-if-Used tickets immediately, and continue to do so right up until they are used at the event.
- Over the minimum 25 tickets, exhibitors will be charged and invoiced for any PIU tickets redeemed at the event.
- Add your logo, and guests’ data to their tickets and see when they have been used.
- Log in to the Portal to see in real-time when your guests arrive at Fieldays, allowing you to provide a full VIP experience.
- Flexibility in how you deliver your tickets, with email (preferable), text and the option to download/print hard copies available. Digital tickets are environmentally friendly, reduce printing costs and provide faster gate scanning at entry to the event.
