Exhibitor Tickets and Vehicle Passes are allocated, purchased and managed in the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal.
Accessing and managing your Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal account
The ‘Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal’ is separate from the ‘Fieldays 2024 Exhibitor Portal’ but uses the same login details. Exhibitors will be given access to the Portal where they can log in to redeem, allocate, purchase and manage tickets for their exhibiting staff, suppliers, and contractors.
Note: Only one account contact can have access to the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal at a time – this is automatically set as your ‘Main Contact’. Should you wish to update this access to another account contact, email ticketing@fieldays.co.nz detailing who you wish access to be transferred to.
What can I do in the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal?
Log in to the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal to:
- apply for and track the status of event day Vehicle Passes.
- allocate 1-day or 4-day Exhibitor tickets to your staff.
- purchase additional Exhibitor tickets if you require more than your standard allocation.
- personalise tickets with logo, name, phone number and email.
- easy and immediate access to your tickets.
- send your tickets, via email or text (recommended) or download a pdf to print.
- manage, cancel and re-issue tickets if required.
- order Pay-if-Used (PIU) tickets for your customers and guests.
- manage the setup and visitor data for ordered Fieldays Smart Band devices.
