Yes, it does. We do recommend ordering a One NZ modem for a dedicated network, given the number of exhibitors and foot traffic in The Pantry during the event. The broadband order form can be found in the site-services-and-add-ons page in the Exhibitor Guide.

No, there is no BYOD option, as the Smart Band support team can only assist with the devices that have been hired.

The Fieldays Site Awards are open to all Exhibitors. Find information on how to enter on the Site Awards page.
For functions prior to public access (like breakfast events), you will need to apply for early access for each ticket holder to allow early entry. Please complete the Hosting Form in your Exhibitor Portal and we will contact you with what is required. Find more information on hosting.
We are closely monitoring the situation in the Middle East and will continue to adapt as needed. Fieldays remains a key national event, and we are committed to delivering a successful 2026 Fieldays in June. We have started planning for a range of scenarios in relation to the fuel situation and are working through potential impacts on both exhibitors and visitors. At this point in time, there are no changes to our event. Each year, we provide free bus services to and from Fieldays from various locations around the Waikato. We will again actively promote this mode of transport, which 14,000 visitors used last year.
