Fieldays 2024 Supreme Site award  

From the winners of the five main categories, a Supreme Site Award winner will be chosen.  The exhibitor that wins the Fieldays 2024 Supreme Site Award is the one who has gone above and beyond to give their Fieldays visitors an exceptional customer experience. Along with the prestige of winning this award, the exhibitor will also receive a $1,000 credit towards their Fieldays 2025 site fees. 

Best Site award criteria (Indoor / Outdoor)

• Visual display: Attractive, original, and innovative site design.
• Customer engagement: Interactive engagement and experience components that improve customer engagement and increase visitor education.
• Compliance: Exhibiting conditions compliance, Exhibitor must have and maintain a compliant payment history, exhibit being inside the site boundaries, no staff vehicles parked on, behind or near sites, health and safety compliance. 
• Outstanding feature: This can be anything from a superstar salesperson to a standout installation on your site. Anything the judges think sets you apart from the crowd and brings to life our strategic pillars of Innovation, Education and Globalisation. 

Best Food Vendor award criteria

• Visual display: Attractive, Clean, and safe.
• Customer engagement: Consistent service levels and customer interaction.
• Compliance: Exhibiting conditions compliance, Exhibitor must have and maintain a compliant payment history, exhibit being inside the site boundaries, no staff vehicles parked on, behind or near sites, health and safety compliance.

Commitment to Sustainability award criteria

• Sustainability messaging to the public.
• Waste and energy management during the event.
• Waste and energy management during pack in. 
• Inclusion of sustainable promotional material (eg: compostable, reusable, alternative materials). 

Please note: Sublet Exhibitors, as well as partners and sponsors of Fieldays and New Zealand National Fieldays Society, are not eligible to enter the Fieldays Site Awards.

Site judging 

• All sites are reviewed by a panel of impartial judges, this will occur on Wednesday 12 June between 10am and 3pm.
• Details regarding the presentation of the site awards will be provided at a later date. 

Site Award prizes 

Each category winner will receive an Award Certificate to display on their site and $250 credit* towards their Fieldays 2025 site fees. *Credit excludes GST.
