The  Fieldays 2024 Exhibitor Portal contains all the forms you will need to complete for your site, as well as the latest event information. 

 

About the Exhibitor Portal

First-time exhibitors: Create an account for your business by clicking the ‘sign up’ link in the Fieldays 2024 Exhibitor Portal. 

Past exhibitors: If your company has ever registered, applied, or exhibited at Fieldays before, it will already have an account set up, contact sales@fieldays.co.nz to gain access to the account rather than creating a new one.

Log in to the Exhibitor Portal to:

  • Make a site application
  • View an interactive live map 
  • Submit compulsory forms 
  • Order additional site services such as power upgrades, and vehicle passes
  • Order marketing products and upgrades  
  • Review site guidelines, dimensions, pricing and packages 
  • Review the Exhibiting Terms and Conditions 
  • Access links to important event information
