Support and service
- Applications will be installed onto hardware and everything will be dropped off to your site at an arranged time (Monday or Tuesday before the event)
- Hardware will be collected from your site at an arranged time. (Saturday of the event)
- Exhibitors can visit the support staff at the Information Centre, or phone in during the event for any questions, additional training or support.
Data and reporting
- Collect registration data* from anyone who taps their smart Band at your tag station
- Real time access to user data through Exhibitor login
- Easily export leads to upload to your own CRM system
*Data includes full name, email,phone number and additional data added to your form (This is configurable in the Exhibitor Ticketing & Device Portal)
