The use of the Fieldays name and brand in any way is prohibited unless the Fieldays Brand Guidelines form has been completed, and terms agreed to. 

We encourage all exhibitors to use the Fieldays brand to promote their presence at and in the lead up to Fieldays in accordance with these guidelines, restricted to occur between 1 April 2024 – 30 June 2024. Use of the Fieldays brand must be formatted and presented in accordance with the Fieldays Brand Guidelines document (located in the Exhibitor Portal).

Logos

New Zealand Agricultural Fieldays®, Fieldays®, and Mystery Creek® are registered trademarks and there are legal requirements for their use in all advertising and editorial. 

It is a requirement that the trademark is used in the first instance, and in all advertising that relates to the event. Failure to use the registration mark or failure to present the registered brand correctly could result in legal action. 

TVC, print and digital advertising 
In title copy the Fieldays logo (not just the word) must be used. When referencing Fieldays® in body copy it must feature the ® in the first instance of the word. 

All advertising must include a call to action to visit site, this can be in conjunction with ‘instore specials’ but cannot be excluded in favour of instore specials only. 

Example: Come and start a conversation with us  [No.] at Fieldays®, 12 – 15 June 2024, Mystery Creek Events Centre.

For radio:  All advertising in reference to Fieldays must include a call to action to visit site, this can be in conjunction with ‘instore  specials’ but cannot be excluded in favour of instore specials only. 

Example: Check out our [Company] Fieldays specials please see our friendly team instore or on site [No.] at Fieldays 12 – 15 June 2024. 
 

Fieldays map restrictions:

The Fieldays map and/or its design(s) is a protected piece of intellectual property and cannot be reproduced without the expressed written consent of Fieldays. Reproduction of the map without express consent will result in legal action.
