Visitors are essential to the success of our sustainability efforts at Fieldays! Your actions have an impact. We proudly partner with Instep™ and Closed Loop™ to uphold ISO 20121 - best practices in sustainable event management.

Sustainability tips for visitors
- Book eco-friendly accommodation – Look for places that use renewable energy, water-saving systems, or waste reduction initiatives.
- Unplug before you go – Turn off appliances at home or your accommodation before heading out, to save energy.
- Take public transport – Check out our Park & Ride services to and from Fieldays to reduce fuel use. Getting to Fieldays.
- Carpool – Share a ride to reduce emissions and parking congestion.
- Drive an EV or hybrid – If you have an electric or hybrid vehicle, use it for a lower-impact trip. Make sure you have plenty of battery for the trip there and back.
- Offset your travel emissions – Consider donating to a carbon offset program or planting trees to balance out your trip’s impact.
- Bring a reusable water bottle – There are water refill stations at Fieldays to keep you hydrated without waste.
- Use a reusable coffee cup – Many vendors accept them, and it helps cut down on single-use cups.
- Choose digital over paper – Buy your tickets online and save them on your phone or the Fieldays App for easy access at the gate.
- Bring your own bag for Fieldays purchases.
- Choose quality long-lasting products.
- Ask about sustainability – ask exhibitors about their eco-friendly initiatives.
Clearly labelled General Waste, Recycling, and Compostable Waste bins are located in waste stations throughout the Fieldays site. Please use these bins to separate as many materials as possible.
