2010 Fieldays Site Application Process

Thanks for your interest regarding exhibiting at the 42nd New Zealand National Agricultural Fieldays at Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton.  The dates for this event will be 16 - 19 June 2010. 
 
The 2010 Fieldays prospectus includes all information regarding site locations, sizes and pricing as well as information regarding power, water and exhibiting terms and conditions.
 
How do I choose a site?
Fieldays has a wide range of exhibition sites to meet your objectives.  View the Exhibition Areas information page on this website to detemine the best location for your business.
 
How do I book a site?
  1. Complete the site application form PDF on www.fieldays.co.nz.
  2. Remember to list your preferred sites including second and third options.
  3. Remember to detail the products and/or services you will be exhibiting.
  4. Post, fax or email the site application form to the Fieldays office before 1 December 2009 to be included in the initial site allocation process.  Applications received after this date will be allocated the remaining sites on a first in first served basis.
Site application conditions
  1. All applications received on or before 1 December 2009 will be included in the initial site allocation and treated equally.
  2. Applications received after 1 December 2009 will be processed in order of receipt.
  3. If necessary, balloting my be used for allocating sites
  4. Enquiries regarding site allocation will not be answered by phone, email or in person until after 15 December 2009.
NOTE: Sites are not considered booked until FULL payment is received.  Payment for your most expensive preferred site must accompany site application.

International Exhibitors
Applications from exhibitors outside New Zealand are being accepted now.  Site allocation will continue to take place from 1st December 2009, however due to obvious travel and logistic considerations, we will process international exhibitor applications as they occur. Please contact the Fieldays team fieldays@fieldays.co.nz or phone +64 7 843 4499 to enquire further.
 
CAUTION: Beware of The Expo Guide. Please be wary of companies riding off the back of Fieldays asking for you to update your details on their website and/or offering their services as an international exhibitor guide.  If you choose to participate please read all small print carefully as they often cost large sums of money.  Fieldays is in no way affiliated with and does not endorse the actions of these companies. Fieldays does not release exhibitor lists to any outside parties.
